DELIVERY:
With regard to large items such as cushions and throws, please ensure that there is someone available to receive it. We suggest that you get it delivered to your work address.

PAYMENT:
We accept payment by Paypal (membership of Paypal is not necessary to use card payments. This is a safe method to pay for items.

Hand-Made
All our knitted products are hand-made, each item is slightly different.

ORDERING TIMES:
We aim to dispatch UK orders from stock within 1 to 4 working days. If products are specially made to order we will notify you of the delivery time. All orders are sent out with Royal Mail first class post and the cost is added to the price of each product.
