RETURNS
We have a returns policy that lasts 14 days. Once the 14 days have elapsed we cannot accept returned items.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it toqether with the original packaging and a receipt/proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email that we have received your item. If acceptable we will process the return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days.

Please ensure that you send your item back by Royal Mail recorded post, we will add the cost of your postage on your item refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please first check your bank account frequently and
contact your credit card company, depending on the timing it may not show until your next statement.
